By registering, logging in, or using any part of ToDo Shark provided by GuruLab Co., Ltd., you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Service Content

ToDo Shark, operated by GuruLab Co., Ltd., provides task management and productivity tools for individuals and teams:

• We continuously update and improve our features, and the interface or usage may change with new versions.
• Major updates or changes will be announced on our official website or within the application.
• Some functions may be limited by device, operating system, or network environment.

3. Account Registration and Security

To protect your rights and data security, please follow these rules when registering and using your account:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information, and keep it up to date.
• Accounts are for personal use only and must not be lent, transferred, or shared.
• If you discover unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

4. Usage Rules

To maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment, please comply with the following:

• Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or immoral purposes.
• Do not interfere with, hack, or access systems, servers, or other user accounts without authorization.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following terms:

• All plans and fees are clearly displayed on our official website or within the app.
• Once subscribed, you commit to the full subscription period, and billing will continue until the end of the term.
• No mid-term cancellation or refund is provided unless required by law.
• After the subscription period ends, you may choose to renew. If not renewed, the account will revert to the free plan.

6. Data and Privacy

We value your privacy and data security, and we collect and use data in accordance with applicable laws:

• We only collect the minimum necessary data for providing services, improving experiences, or fulfilling legal obligations.
• Collected data may include account information, usage logs, device details, and feedback.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using ToDo Shark at any time:

• Cancellation of paid plans takes effect after the current subscription period ends, and billing will stop thereafter.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You may request account deletion; once deleted, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

9. Updates to the Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. Significant updates will be announced on our official website or in the app. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In case of any dispute, both parties agree that the New Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.

11. Language Versions

In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
